Cody Dunn serves as the General Manager for UIW Football, working closely with the head coach in the areas of finances, football operations, recruiting and roster management. Dunn joined the Cardinals in February 2022 and has steadily taken on increased responsibility within the program, serving in recruiting, coaching and operations roles before being named General Manager in January 2026.
Dunn began his UIW career as a Graduate Assistant and Assistant Director of Recruiting, where he assisted with prospective student-athlete evaluation, recruiting compliance, official and unofficial visits, recruiting travel and the coordination of recruiting graphics and communications. He also served as a Graduate Assistant Tight Ends Coach during the 2023 season, providing him experience on both the personnel and coaching sides of the program.
In January 2024, Dunn was promoted to Director of Football Operations. In that role, he helped coordinate the day-to-day operations of the program, including team travel, logistics, budgeting, scheduling and administrative support for the coaching staff and student-athletes.
