University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2011 (Junior):  Stokes contributed on special teams in coverage and returns.  He had seven tackles on the season and forced a fumble at Tarleton State.  He had one kick return for 16 yards at #21 West Texas A&M.
 
2010 (Sophomore):  Stokes only made two appearances on the season, but made a tackle at Southeastern Oklahoma.
 
2009 (Freshman):  Stokes played in just four games, but made an impact for the Cardinals.  He had a career high six tackles in a win over Texas Lutheran.  He had three tackles, a sack and a forced fumble in a loss to Southern Arkansas.  He closed out the season with four tackles and a blocked kick in a loss at Eastern New Mexico.
 
High School:  Stokes played football at Mansfield Timberview High School.  As a senior, he accumulated 73 tackles and three pass breakups.  He earned First Team All-District 8-4A honors that season.
 
Personal:  Stokes is studying international business.  He was born on August 13, 1990.
