2015 (Junior):  Jenkins earned honorable mention all-Southland Conference and Southland All-Academic first team honors.  He blocked a kick in the win over Texas A&M-Kingsville.  He recorded a career best 10 tackles at McNeese State, including 1.5 tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry.  He picked up a 1.5 sacks and a quarterback hurry against Abilene Christian.  He made six stops, including two for loss at Southeastern Louisiana.  He finished the year with 32 tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss.  He was named to the Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2014 (Sophomore):  Jenkins did not play the first two games of the year, but quickly moved up the depth chart and earned three starts at defensive end.  He had three tackles and a pass breakup against Southeastern Louisiana.  He had a couple of big plays in a win at Nicholls with a tackle for loss and a blocked kick.  He added 1.5 tackles for loss against Sam Houston State.  He was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2013:  Jenkins red-shirted his first year at Incarnate Word.

High School:  Jenkins attended St. Gregory's Catholic School in Bath, England.    He played soccer and rugby.  He was part of the Bristol Academy PRIDE after he initially began playing football with the Bristol Academy Aztecs Junior Community Team.  Jenkins was first noticed at the Football University (FBU) Camp at Stirling University in Scotland.  At the camp, he gained a spot on the FBU All-Europe Team and was then invited to the FBU Top Gun Event in Virginia.  He was the first British player to be featured on the Rivals.com website.  He was the head boy at St. Gregory's and senior prefect.

Personal:  Jenkins is the son of Peter and Sandra Jenkins and is studying computer information systems with a minor in Japanese.  He has five siblings; Mike, Paris, Nicheda, Wayne and Lousie.  His grandfather was a professional boxer and his cousin played in the EPL.  He was born on January 15, 1993.
