University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2013 (Junior):  Miranda appeared in 10 games and made one start on the offensive line for UIW.  He was a fixture on the extra-point and field goal units as well.  The majority of his playing time came at the guard position.

Previous:  Miranda played two years at Ventura College.  He earned SCFA All-Conference Honorable Mention honors and was the team's most valuable offensive lineman.  He helped the team to a 10-0 record and an SCFA conference championship.

High School:  Miranda was on the football and track teams at Hueneme High School.  He was a First Team All-Pacific View League and Cal-Hi Sports All-State nominee as an offensive lineman.  He helped the team to a second round playoff berth.

Personal:  Miranda is the son of Victor Miranda and Esperanza Garcia and is studying sociology.  He has two siblings, Maria and Alondra.  He was born on June 30, 1993.
