Biography
High School: As a senior at Andrew Jackson High School, Stephon averaged 17.9 points, 11.9 rebounds and four blocks and he was named 2021-2022 Gateway Conference League Defensive Player of the Year.
Coached by James Collins, Payne's squad out of Jacksonville, FL had a dominating run while he was at Andrew Jackson High School. The team was in the State Championship game three of the four years and they were back to back Gateway Conference Champions Payne's junior and senior years.
Personal: Son of Sheyna Baker...has two little brothers named Shaun and Terrell and a little sister named Jordyyn...He is studying Kinesiology.
