Biography

2013 (Freshman):  Scelfo became a starter midway through the season and finished with 30 games played and 27 starts in the outfield.  He had four multi-hit games and hit .286 for the season with a .362 on-base percentage.  He slugged a pair of home runs and drove in three in the first game of a doubleheader at West Texas A&M.  He hit safely in 11-of-12 games from March 29-April 14.

2012:  Scelfo red-shirted his first year at UIW.  He was named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School:  Scelfo played football and baseball at Salpointe High School.

Personal:  Scelfo is studying liberal studies and was born on June 1, 1992.  He is also a member of the UIW football team.
