Biography

2014 (Sophomore):  Hunter was used sparingly in his first year with the program.  He made seven relief appearances.  He pitched a scoreless inning of relief against UT-Pan American.

Previous:  Hunter red-shirted one season at Weatherford College.

High School:  Hunter was a four-year letterwinner on the Yoakum High School baseball team.  He was an Under Armour Preseason All-American heading into his senior year.  He took home Second Team All-State, First Team All-Area and first team all-district honors in 2012.  He led the team to the Regional finals.

Personal:  Hunter is the son of John and Janette Hunter and is studying business administration.  He has a sister, Catherine, and he was born on May 1, 1993.
