Pricing and Information 

Single Spot: $300/season or $100/game 
RV Spot (Per Request): $500/season or $200/game 

• A single tailgate spot is equal to two (2) standard parking spaces, and a RV spot is equal to four (4) standard parking spaces.
• The tailgate area is located in the parking area surrounding the Ann Barshop Natatorium.
• Individual game tailgate sales will close 1 week in advance of each home game.
• Signage indicating spot locations will be placed at each tailgate location by UIW Athletics.

General Guidelines

• Tailgating opens five (5) hours prior to kick-off to valid tailgate credential holders only. 
• The latest time tailgate spots can be set-up is three (3) hours prior to game time.
• Multiple vehicles will not be allowed entry. Only one assigned vehicle will be allowed, and it must be contained within the assigned tailgate space. 
• Tailgaters will be responsible for providing their own tailgating supplies (i.e., tents, chairs, coolers, ice, grills, etc.). UIW will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items. 
• The sale of merchandise is strictly prohibited without expressed written permission from UIW Athletics. 
• The use of tent stakes is prohibited. All tents must be secured with sandbags or like objects.
• Glass containers are strictly prohibited. 
• In accordance with the alcoholic-beverage laws of the State of Texas, individuals must be at least 21 years of age to possess or consume alcoholic beverages. 
• Electricity will not be provided by UIW Athletics. Personal portable generators can be used and placed in the least disturbing location within your designated tailgate space.
• Propane, charcoal, or wood-burning grills/griddles are permitted in valid tailgate areas only. If using a propane, charcoal or wood burning grill/griddle, the tailgate will be required to have a fire extinguisher within their space. In case of fire or other emergency, please contact UIW Campus Police at (210) 829-6030. 
• Music must be confined to each individual tailgate. UIW Athletics has the sole discretion of determining the proper volume level of music. 
• No tailgating of any sort will be permitted in parking garages, parking areas, or other parts of campus not designated for tailgates. 

Additional Information for Campus and Student Organizations:

• Please refer to the general guidelines above.
• It is highly recommended to set-up and begin tailgating activities at the earliest opportunity (5 hours prior to kick-off).
• If you reserve a single tailgate spot and are unable to attend, please contact the UIW Ticket Office at (210) 805-3000. Failure to do so may affect future reservation attempts.
• All UIW departments/student organizations must provide their own tailgating supplies (music, refreshments, tents, tables, seating, etc.) or reserve through a UIW affiliated sponsor.
• The representative who reserved the tailgate spot is responsible for the behavior and actions of their members and guests and the University reserves the right to revoke tailgate privileges.
• Vehicles will not be allowed entry to the Campus and Student Organization Tailgate area.
• All Tailgating activities must be shut down at the start of the game.

Violation of any guidelines may result in removal from UIW grounds. Failure to cooperate with UIW Athletics Department staff or other security personnel may result in forfeiture of all tailgating privileges.
