2023: A veteran on the team, Richard finished the season with 51 tackles, six tackles for loss, one sack, two interceptions, five pass breakups, three quarterback hurries and one forced fumble to fill the box score for the Cardinals. He was named to the 2023 Southland Preseason All-Conference First Team, the Phil Steele Preseason All-Southland Team, and the Bluebloods Preseason All-Southland Team. He was named to the Southland All-Conference Second Team. Phil Steele named Richard to the Southland 2023 All-Conference Third Team. 

2022: A San Antonio native, Richard was critical member of the Cardinals defense in 2022. Building on a successful 2021 season, Richard finished the season with 79 tackles-8.5 TFLs-5.5 Sacks- 1 INT and 6 Pass Deflections. Richard had 8 games where he recorded 5 or more tackles. His most productive game came against Sacramento State on December 9, where he tallied 9 tackles, 1 sack and an interception.  

2021: Richard appeared in all 13 games for the Cardinals this past season, finishing the season ranked in the top-5 in team tackles (51). Richard had 5 games where he finished with 5+ tackles, including a career high 9 tackles against Nicholls State University on November 13. Richard would finish the season with 51 tackles, 2.5 tackles-for-loss, 1 sack and 1 fumble recovery.

2020 (Sophomore): (Spring 2021)  Appeared in six games with 37 tackles (15 unassisted, 22 assisted)...had 2.5 tackles for loss, three pass breakups, and one interception...had a season-high eight tackles twice...recorded one interception against Northwestern State on April 10.

2019 (Freshman): Played in 10 games and had two starts… recorded 21 tackles with 12 tackles for loss for nine yards… amassed 1.5 tackles for loss for five yards… chipped in two pass breakups… had a season-best seven tackles at SFA.

High School: A lock-down corner for SACHS who earned a two-star rating from 247sports.com for efforts in high school… rated as one of the top-50 cornerbacks in the state.
