University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2020 (Redshirt Junior): (Spring 2021) Appeared in five games with 21 tackles (7 unassisted, 14 assisted), four tackles for loss, and led the team with three sacks...had a career high eight total tackles and 2.5 sacks against Southeastern Louisiana on March 20...recorded two quarterback hurries against Northwestern State on April 10...named to the Southland All-Conference third-team.

Previous: Payed at Tyler Junior College under Thomas Rocco… had 5.0 sacks… earned a 3.0 GPA during both semesters at Tyler Junior College.
 
High school: Played at Huntsville High School under Rodney Southern in Huntsville, Texas… calls Bedias, Texas his hometown… had 20 catches for 367 yards… tallied second team all-district and all-conference honors.
 
Personal: Started playing football in the second grade… parents are Bobbi and Amber Hoover… has one brother… plans to major in business administration with the goal of owning his own business and becoming his own boss.
