2018-19 (Sophomore): Played in all 31 games and started 22 ... scored 18 points, a career high, against Florida Atlantic on Dec.16 and matched that career high with 18 against Central Arkansas on Jan. 16 ... set a personal high for rebounds in a game with seven against Northern Colorado ... shooting 86.2 percent (56-65) from the line ... hit four of six shots from the floor, including two of three shots from behind the three-point arc, and both free throws to score 12 points against Lamar on Jan 23 ... set a new career high (at the time) in minutes played, 37, against New Orleans on Jan. 26 ... established a new career high in three pointers made, four, as he went 4-6 behind the arc to score 16 points ... shot five for eight from the floor ... played the entire game, 40 minutes, against HBU twice, on Jan. 30 and March 6, and against Lamar on Feb. 20 ... set career bests in free throws made and attempted, eight of 10, against New Orleans on Feb. 2 ... had three assists to match a season best ... had a career best of eight rebounds against Abilene Christian on Feb.16 ... scored 17 points and made three three-pointers against SFA on Feb. 23 ... scored 15 against HBU on March 6.

High School: Ene won numerous awards: Named to the 2017 Texas Class 5A All-State team ... 2017 District 14-5A Offensive MVP ... 2017 First Team All-League ... 2017 Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All-Star team ... 2017 HoopDFW Elite 24 Metroplex All-Star team ... 2017 North Texas Basketball Coaches Association All-Star squad. Played on the Adidas circuit for the Dallas Mustangs for head coach Tony Johnson, where he teamed up with fellow Cardinal signee, Keaton Hervey, along with other NCAA Division I signees. At a ScoutsFocus basketball camp for recruits, ESPN's Paul Biancardi stated, "No one played with more passion on both ends of the floor this weekend than Ene." In 2014-15, Ene was named Sophomore of the Year, while he was named First Team All-District as a junior. As a senior, he was named Offensive Player of the Year, All-Region, and All-State.
Personal: Ene is the son of Justina and Augustine Ene Sr., and is studying business administration. He has one brother, Emmanuel, and two sisters, Elizabeth and Jennifer. He was born on July 31, 1998.
