University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2021: A 2021 Pre-Season 2^nd-team all-conference defensive selection & 2020 Southland All-Academic, Holton appeared in 12 games for the Cardinal this past season. He finished with 25 total tackles and 1 pass break-up. He had a season high 4 tackles against Nicholls State University on October 16. 

2020 (Sophomore): (Spring 2021)  Appeared in five games and recorded 34 tackles (16 unassisted, 18 assisted) and a team-high seven pass breakups...had a career high nine total tackles and four pass breakups against Southeastern Louisiana on March 20...named to the Southland All-Conference second-team.

2019 (Freshman): Played in 12 games and had four starts… registered 38 tackles with 23 unassisted and 15 assisted … chipped in 1.0 tackles for loss for one yard… had one interception against Abilene Christian and returned it 21 yards… also recovered two fumbles, one against Northwestern State and one returned for a 30-yard touchdown against Texas Southern to contribute to UIW’s 33 takeaways.

High School: Played at Nolan Catholic High School, racking up 82 tackles in three seasons… recorded 34 tackles and averaged 5.7 tackles per game as a senior… was first team all-district, first team all-state, and defensive Newcomer of the Year as a senior… also selected for Academic All-District as a senior… earned all-district as a cornerback and safety as a sophomore and junior… earned Academic All-District sophomore year.
