2019 (Senior)
Played in all 12 games with 11 starts… led the UIW defense with 84 tackles (37 unassisted, 47 assisted)… chipped in 4.5 tackles for loss for 14 yards, including 2.5 sacks for 13 yards… tallied two pass breakups and two quarterback hurries… had three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries, contributing to UIW’s 33 takeaways… had a season-best 13 tackles against Northwestern State, including 1.0 sacks for eight yards… had two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery against Nicholls.

2018 (Junior)
Racked up 66 tackles (31 solo, 35 assisted), finishing 19th in the league and third on the team (rankings from after UIW’s final contest)… ranked third in the conference with three fumbles recovered for 44 yards, including one returned for 27 yards… had 53 tackles in league games with 24 solo and 29 assisted, ranking No. 22 in the conference… had 4.5 tackles for loss for 15 yards and recorded 1.5 sacks for seven yards… chipped in three key pass breakups.

2017 (Sophomore)
Played in all 11 games. Led the team in tackles with 88 (29 solo, 59 assisted)... had 8.5 tackles for a loss for 28 yards... also had 2.5 sacks for a loss for 15 yards... posted two quarterback hurries... had a team high for tackles in one game (14) against Sam Houston State... also had one pass breakup and one pass defended...earned All-Southland Honorable Mention. 

2016 (Freshman)
Played in eight games, posting 13 tackles (five solo, eight assisted)... had one tackle for a loss for two yards.

High School
On the football and basketball teams at Irving High School... was a first team all-district player in both sports... was the Irving High School defensive player of the year as a senior... also a first team academic all-district pick. 

Personal
Son of Portia Williams... has one sibling... born on October 27, 1997... related to Kerry Cooks ,who played at the University of Iowa and for the Green Bay Packers... volunteers with the Salvation Army.
