2017-2018 (RS Junior): She played in 28 games and had 23 starts on the season. She averaged 26.4 minutes a game which was the second highest on the team. She was third on the team with 20 three-pointers made. She averaged 6.8 points a game, 3.3 rebounds a game, and had 25 steals on the team which was the third highest. 

2016-17 (Junior): Sat out due to NCAA transfer rules

Prior to UIW

At Utah: Bowie spent two seasons as a member of the University of Utah women’s basketball program. She was a Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention honoree and helped the Utes to a WNIT appearance. Bowie was a member of the Pre-Dental Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success.

At Johnson: Bowie played at Burges High School 2010-11 and Johnson High School 2011-2014 for Stephanie Desmarais. While at Burges, she was named district 1-4A All District Newcomer of the Year, and led her team in rebounding as a freshman. While at Johnson, Bowie averaged 13.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.7 steals, and 1.3 assists per game. She was named TABC 5A All State First Team and played in TABC 4A-5A All Star Game. Bowie was named a 2014 McDonald’s All American Nomiee and two-time San Antonio News Player of the Week. She played in the San Antonio Area Athletic Basketball Coaches All Star Game and the AAU with SA Finest. A four year letter winner, Bowie helped her team reach the playoffs in all four years of high school. She was a three time caption at Johnson and a two time First Team UIL District 25-5A all district selection. Bowie was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

Personal: Gabbi Bowie is the daughter of Gregory and Kim Bowie and is studying Cultural Studies - Pre-Dental. She has a younger brother, Gregory. Bowie was born January 28, 1996. She is a volunteer for Boysville, Meet the Mission and the Ronald McDonald House.
