Biography
2017-2018 (Senior): Hart played in 11 games and 10 as a starter. He averaged 28.4 minutes a game. He scored 8.4 points a game. He had 43 assists and 14 steals. He scored a season-high 17 points against Gonzaga. He dished out a season-high seven assists twice against Texas Lutheran and Loyola Marymount.Â
2016-17 (Junior): Hart played in all 29 games with 25 starts. He averaged 15.9 points and 3.5 rebounds per game. He scored a season high of 34 points against SFA to contribute to the first victory over the Lumberjacks in school history. Hart shot 51 percent from the floor and led the team with 135 assists. He led the team in scoring 11 times and scored in double-figures 23 times. Hart's achievements earned him Second Team All-Southland Conference and Newcomer of the Year.
Previous: Hart played basketball at New Mexico Junior College for coaches James Miller and Brian Lohrey. In 2015-16, he played in 30 games with 26 starts with averages of 11.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game. He posted 149 assists and 62 steals to go along with nine blocked shots.
High School:Â Hart played basketball at North Shore High School for head coach David Green, where his team won the 2014 state championship.
Personal:Â Hart is the son of Darian and Drenda Hart and is majoring in sociology. He has one brother, Jamel, and one sister, Samaria. He was born on Jun 14, 1995.
