University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2014 (Freshman):  Letzer made 16 appearances in the midfield for the Cardinals and received six starts.  She played at least 40 minutes in 10 of her appearances and played a season high 69 minutes in a 0-0 tie with Lamar. 

High School:  Letzer played soccer for head coach Hagen Streckyl at Copperas Cove High School.  She was a four-time first team all-district and all-Area selection while taking home all-State honors as a senior.  She was the District 8-5A Midfielder of the Year in each of her last two seasons and was the Newcomer of the Year as a freshman.  She was a first team all-Region choice her junior year and seniors years.  She finished her career with a school record for assists and was second all-time in career goals.  She was a four-time academic all-district selection and a member of the National Honor Society. 

Personal:  Letzer is the daughter of Larry and Terri Letzer and is studying history with a minor in special education.  She has a sister, Chelsea who played soccer at Southwestern University.  She was born on October 19, 1995.
