2014 (Junior):  McGill was an every day player for the Cardinals, but missed 18 games with an injury.  He led the team with a .424 on-base percentage and also hit .299.  He closed the season on a tear over the final 12 games hitting .405 with four doubles and a home run.  He walked four times and had a two-run double against LIU-Brooklyn.  He had two hits and drove in three at McNeese State to start a string of four consecutive multi-hit games.  He went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI's, a double and a home run at Central Arkansas.

Previous:  McGill played two years of baseball at Yuba College.  He was a first team all-conference and All-Northern California first baseman.  He was also the team MVP.  He was on the Dean's List.

High School:  McGill was on the water polo and baseball teams at Nevada Union High School.  He was a first team all-league selection in baseball and was the team's MVP. 

Personal:  McGill is the son of Randy and Colleen McGill and is studying kinesiology with a minor in nutrition.  He has three siblings; Rose, Rebekah and Rochelle.  He was born on January 13, 1992.  His father played soccer, basketball and baseball in college.  His mother was a collegiate volleyball player.  His sister, Rochelle, played college water polo.
