2012 (Junior):  Horton was the team's top defensive lineman starting all 11 games at defensive end.  He had five tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and a pass break up in the win over Texas College.  He broke up a season high two passes against West Texas A&M.  He registered six tackles and two sacks in a win over Texas A&M-Commerce.  He had a season high eight tackles, five solo, two quarterback hurries and a pass break up at Texas A&M-Kingsville.  He picked up a sack against Tarleton State. 

2011 (Sophomore):  Horton earned Honorable Mention all-Lone Star Conference honors on the defensive line.  He led the team with 11.0 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks.  He had three tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks in against Eastern New Mexico.  He registered a season high six tackles against Midwestern State.  He had two tackles for loss against Texas A&M-Kingsville and 3.0 tackles for loss at Tarleton State.  He recovered a fumble and returned it 42 yards at Texas A&M-Commerce.  He finished the year with 36 tackles.

2010 (Freshman):  Horton played in all 10 games as a freshman.  He recorded his first tackle for loss against Texas A&M-Kingsville.  He had three tackles at Midwestern State and at East Central.  He finished the year with 13 tackles.

2009:  Horton red-shirted his first year at Incarnate Word.

High School:  Horton earned all-district and All-South Texas honors at Beeville's A.C. Jones High School.  He also played basketball and baseball.

Personal:  Horton is the son of Robert and Gracie Horton and is studying biology.  He was born on August 27, 1991.
