University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

Previous:  Collazo signed with UT-San Antonio originally.  She scored a goal and had two assists in her only season with the squad in 2008.  She transferred to Our Lady of the Lake in 2009 and led the team with nine games and an assist.  In 2010, she improved upon her sophomore year totals with 16 goals and an assist en route to leading the team to a 13-2-2 campaign.  She earned First Team All-Red River Athletic Conference honors in 2010 and Second Team honors in 2009.  She owns the school record with seven career game-winning goals and is second with 25 total goals.

High School:  Collazo was the top scorer on O’Conner High School as a senior with 16 goals.  She was a four-year member of the team.  She played for the 90’s Classics Elite club team in San Antonio.  She was a member of the Spanish National Honor Society.

Personal:  Collazo is the daughter of Wences and Diana Collazo and is studying kinesiology.  She has a brother, Andrew, and two sisters, Sarah and Leah and she was born on October 26, 1989.  She once scored a game-winning goal at Our Lady of the Lake with only two seconds left on the clock.
