UIW
The Cardinals enter the matchup with a 10–12 overall record and an 8–7 mark in Southland Conference play. In conference action, UIW is averaging 65.7 points per game while allowing 67.4 points per contest and holding a +1.6 rebounding margin against league opponents.
Jorja Elliott leads the Cardinals in conference scoring at 11.6 points per game, adding 5.9 rebounds per contest in Southland play. Brynn Lusby is averaging 10.9 points per game in league action while shooting 51.6 percent from the field in conference contests. Madison Cockrell directs the offense at 9.6 points per game in Southland play and has dished out 41 assists in conference games.
Raimi McCrary anchors the interior for UIW, averaging 6.1 rebounds per game in league action. As a team, the Cardinals are averaging 37.2 rebounds per game in conference competition.
UIW earned a 79–68 road victory at New Orleans earlier this season on Dec. 18 and looks to complete the season sweep on Thursday night.

New Orleans averages 38.3 rebounds per game in conference play but is being outrebounded by 7.3 boards per contest in league action.
