SAN ANTONIO, TX – The University of the Incarnate Word volleyball team is set to host East Texas A&M University on Saturday, November 1, at the McDermott Center to close out a two-match homestand. First serve is scheduled for 12 p.m.

• UIW got off to its best start in conference history, and is now tied for fourth place in the SLC standings with a 8-3 record. 

• Sophomore setter Calissa Allison has been the heartbeat of the Cardinals, impacting every phase of the game. She ranks among the team's top five in kills, points, digs, blocks, service aces, and assists.  

• Seniors Kyla Malone and Finley Evans power the attack, sitting first and second on the team in kills, while senior middle blocker Kade Thomas and freshman libero Ashton Rogers anchor the defense.   

• The Cardinals enter Saturday's matchup at 12–11 overall and 8–3 in Southland Conference play, after sweeping NSU at home this past Thursday. 

Scouting the Lions

• Gracie Campbell leads the team in kills with 312. Campbell is also second on the team in digs and aces with 226 and 22 respectively.  

• Haley Mullaney leads the team in assists with 469 on the season. Mullaney is also top five on the team in service aces and digs.  

• ETAMU enters Saturday's matchup with a 7-15 overall record and 5-6 in Southland Conference play. The Cardinals defeated the Lions in five on the road earlier this season.
