• UIW is off to its best start in conference history, entering the weekend 3-0 in SLC play. 

• Sophomore setter Calissa Allison has been the heartbeat of the Cardinals, impacting every phase of the game. She ranks among the team's top five in kills, points, digs, blocks, service aces, and assists.  

• Seniors Finley Evans and Kyla Malone power the attack, sitting first and second on the team in kills, while senior middle blocker Kade Thomas and freshman libero Ashton Rogers anchor the defense. Thomas not only leads the Cardinals in blocks this season, but she also etched her name in the record books by setting the program's Division I career blocks record.  

• The Cardinals enter Saturday's matchup with a 7-8 overall record and a perfect 3-0 mark in Southland Conference play, sitting in fourth place in the league standings.  

Scouting the Cowgirls 

• Entering the week D'Nari Mills led the team with 162 kills and is second on the team with 141 digs. 

• Ava Henry leads the team with a .292 hitting percent and is second on the team in kills (119) and blocks (28). 

• Kinga Ziolkowska leads the team in assists (303) and service aces (12)
