Box Score SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word got earned a draw against in state rival Houston Christian University 0-0 on Saturday night while celebrating the seniors.
 
This first half started how most have for the Cardinals on the offensive side of things, getting off a few shots but not converting on any. UIW was also able to keep the Huskies off the board in this first half. It was a physical battle between the two teams and there was a total of five yellow cards given out in just 45 minutes. At the break the two were locked in a tie at zero.
 
The start of the second half was just as intense as the first with another yellow being given less than 10 minutes into competition. The second 45 minutes HCU dominated possession, but the Cardinal back line was able to stand firm and not allowing a goal. On the other end UIW had a few attempts at goal but were not able to find the back of the net. The game ended in a 0-0 draw.
