SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball team will play in the UTSA multi-team event this weekend. First, they will take on UTSA at 3 p.m. on Saturday and play Jacksonville State for the second time this week on Sunday 3 p.m. CT.

- Their 77-62 win over UTSA is the second most points Jax State has scored in regulation this season.
- It was a historic win for the Gamecocks, the first time they have beaten a Texas team since 1995.
- Jacksonville State has had experience in tight games, with three of their six games were lost in the final two seconds of the game.
