Men’s Soccer Continues Road Trip

SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word men's soccer team continues their road trip this week as they travel to take on Houston Christian at 7 p.m. on Thursday and then make their way to Virginia for a matchup against Liberty Sunday afternoon.

SCOUTING THE HUSKIES

HCU controls their own destiny heading into the final two weeks of the season sitting at fifth in the OVC standings with a 1-3-1 record.
D'Alessandro Herrera has a team leading five goals and six assists for the Huskies this season.
Alex Aitken has played the bulk of the time in goal of HCU, making 56 saves so far this season.

SCOUTING THE FLAMES

Liberty currently has a 3-2-1 conference record, sitting at third in the standings.
Owen Moore has made the last two starts in goal for the Flames. He helped Liberty secure their first shutout of the season (4-0) against Eastern Illinois.
Leo Conneh has seven assists this season which leads the OVC and is fifteenth in the country.
