UIW Volleyball Continues their Road Trip in Louisiana

THIBODAUX, LA. – University of the Incarnate Word face off against Nicholls on Saturday, October 9 at 4:30 p.m. for their second road game in Louisiana.

FOLLOW ALONG THE LAST TIME THEY MET (UIW, 25-19, 25-22, 25-27, 21-25, 15-8)
These two programs last faced each other on February 27, 2021, when the Cardinals secured the match 3-2. The Cardinals lead the Colonels 6-2 for their eight-game history. The Colonels lead the series in Thibodaux 2-1, the Cardinals look to tie it this Saturday.
 
UIW (7-11 Overall, 2-2 SLC)
Coming off a conference sweep against University of New Orleans, the Cardinals get ready to face the Colonels of Nicholls to end their stretch in Louisiana.
 
The Cardinals have tallied 141 kills, 19 service aces, 191 digs and 30 total blocks in conference play so far this season.
 
NICH (7-8 Overall, 0-3 SLC)
Struggling with a six-game losing streak the Colonels remain winless in conference play. Coming off a 1-3 deficit from the Islanders of Texas A&M University.
