PRAIRIE VIEW, TX – After a tough loss to Abilene Christian at the McDermott Center, the University of the Incarnate Word volleyball team travels to Prairie View A&M on Wednesday to take on the Panthers for the second time this season starting at 6:30 p.m. in the William Nicks Building.
 
OPENING SET
 
In the first matchup of the season between the Cardinals (4-10, 1-2 SLC) and the Lady Panthers, UIW defeated Prairie View A&M in three sets. The Cardinals ended the match with 40 kills with an attacking percentage of .456 to overpower the Lady Panthers. UIW enters the matchup looking to snap a season long five match losing streak.
 
Prairie View A&M (3-9, 3-1 SAC) enters this week's action on a two match winning streak and this will be their first home match of the season after starting with 12 matches on the road.
