SAN ANTONIO, TX – With just two matches remaining at home, the University of the Incarnate Word volleyball is set to host Nicholls on Thursday night starting at 7 p.m. in the McDermott Center.
OPENING SET
The Cardinals are looking to snap a three match-losing streak when they take on the Colonels. UIW has a chance to finish at 6-6 at the McDermott Center if they can win their next two matches.
The Cardinals are coming off a great offensive performance against A&M – Corpus Christi on Tuesday evening as the team had 49 kills and a .316 attacking percentage.
Bryaunea Hall had a career night with 19 kills and a season high .593 hitting percentage.
Nicholls is currently on a two match-winning streak after defeating Southeastern Louisiana and New Orleans. The Colonels are 4-7 on the road and they are averaging 11.1 kills/ set with a .185 attacking percentage.
