HOW IT HAPPENED
The Cardinals (5-12, 1-5 SLC) started the first set with a 10-4 run forcing the Ladyjacks to call a timeout.

Claudia Hernandez to give UIW a 24-22 lead,
Sarea Alexander finished the set with a thundering kill to give the Cardinals an early 1-0 lead.
After only committing two errors to start the match, the Cardinals came out in the second with nine errors and a .024 attacking percentage as a team which led to a 25-16 loss to tie the match at 1-1.

In the third, the Cardinals struggled once again with errors committing eight for the frame. In particular, UIW was either hit or miss with the serve as the team had 11 service errors for the match.
