Tony Dollison began his duties as Associate Athletic Director of Compliance for UIW Athletics in November 2014.
As the senior compliance administrator for UIW, Dollison oversees all aspects of the athletics compliance office, including supervising two staff members and several interns.
Prior to joining UIW, Dollison served as Associate Director of Compliance at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He worked in conjunction with the associate athletics director of compliance on the daily functions of the department, overseeing 330 student-athletes in 16 sports. Dollison's duties included coordinating rules education programs to ensure NCAA, C-USA and university rules and regulations. He also monitored amateurism, athletic participation, financial aid and APR.
Dollison is a former collegiate student-athlete at UAB, where he earned dual bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
