University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

Hope Eoff joined the University of Incarnate Word Athletic Department in May 2022 as the Business Coordinator.

A Missouri native, Eoff graduated from the University of Central Missouri, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sports Management. During her undergraduate years at UCM, she worked for the Athletics Equipment Manager and assisted the Football program with day-to-day operations. In 2019, Eoff attended the Sports Management Worldwide Football Career Conference during the NFL Combine in Indianapolis Indiana as the first student representing UCM and the Sports Management program. Prior to UIW, Eoff worked as a Marketing Coordinator.

As the Business Coordinator, Eoff works with the Deputy Athletic Director, to manage day-to-day business operations within athletics. Eoff is currently getting her MBA at the University of the Incarnate Word.
