University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

Dominique Guerra, began May 2026 serving as the Athletics Administrative Coordinator. I earned my degree in Kinesiology, which helped develop my passion for athletics, performance, and student-athlete development. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Sports Management to further expand my knowledge in athletic operations, leadership, and administration. In my role, I assist with the coordination of athletic operations, support student-athletes and staff, and help contribute to the overall success and daily functions of the athletic department. I am passionate about creating a positive environment and helping athletic programs grow both on and off the field.
