Biography

2014 (Junior):  Noyola had her best season to date in the hurdles.  She finished sixth at the Southland Conference outdoor meet in the 400 hurdles with a school-record time of 1:02.67.  During the indoor season, she focused on the multi events and scored 2,863 points in the pentathlon at the SLC championships, but then worked almost entirely on the hurdles during the outdoor season.  During the outdoor season she ran 15.1 or better in the 100 hurdles on four occasions.  She continued to lower the school record in the 400 hurdles breaking her previous mark three times.  She was named to the Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll.  She earned SLC All-Academic first team honors.

2013 (Sophomore):  Noyola earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 400-meter hurdles and Lone Star Conference All-Academic Team honors.  During the indoor season she set the school record in the pentathlon with 3,069 points and took sixth place at the LSC Indoor championships.  She finished third in the 100 and 400 hurdles at the IBC Bank Cactus Cup.  She set the school record in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:03.20 at the Texas State Invitational.  She had the #2 heptathlon total with 4,329 points at the Texas State Invitational.  She was named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2012 (Freshman):  Noyola was one of the top performers for the Cardinals.  She placed in four events at the LSC Indoor Invitational.  She was second in the distance medley relay, third in the 4x400-meter relay, fifth in the high jump and fifth in the 55-meter hurdles.  She opened the outdoor season by winning the 400-meter hurdles and taking second in the 100-meter hurdles at the UIW Invitational.  She followed that with a win in the 400 hurdles at the IBC Bank Cactus Cup in Kingsville, TX.  She won the high jump at the Trinity Tiger Relays.  At the LSC Championships, she took third place in the high jump and was sixth in the 4x400 relay.  She was named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School:  Noyola was on the track, volleyball and soccer teams at Harlingen South High School.  She was fifth in Texas 5A in the 300-meter hurdles as a junior and senior.  She set a personal record with a time of 43.99 as a senior at the state meet.  She was the District 31-5A and Region IV-5A Runner-Up in the 300 hurdles.  She was the District champion in the 100-meter hurdles and triple jump as as senior.  Her best marks were 14.72 in the 100 hurdles and 35-10 in the triple jump.  She was also the District champion in the 300 hurdles in 2009.

Personal:  Noyola is the daughter of Paul and Letti Noyola and is studying rehabilitative sciences.  She has a sister, Mariah.  She was born on October 4, 1992.  Her father played football at Texas A&M-Commerce and her uncle was on the track team at UTEP.
