Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll
2014 (Red-Shirt): Diaz was on the team, but did not compete in any meets.
High School: Diaz was a three-time all-district runner in track and cross country at Captain John L. Chapin High School. She led the team to a pair of track district titles and one cross country district title. She was a member of the National Honor Society and was Parliamentarian for Student Council. She earned academic all-district honors in all four years and was a cross country academic All-State member as a senior.
Personal: Diaz is the daughter of Eddie and Amira Diaz and is studying nutrition. She has two siblings, Vivian and Amari. Her sister, Vivian, is also on the UIW cross country and track teams. She was born on May 5.
