Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll

2017 (Sophomore): Miles placed ninth in the long jump at the indoor conference championship with a distance of 18'7.75" She also recorded a personal best in the 60 meter dash of 7.96 seconds. Her momentum continued into the outdoor season as she opened up the season with big collegiate best leap of 19'2" to finish second. 

2016 (Freshman): Miles competed in the Long Jump, High Jump, 100 and 200 meters as a first year Cardinal. She also made appearances in the 60 meter dash indoors, and 4x100 and Distance Medley relays outdoors. She opened up the season at the J.D. Martin Invitational where she finished fifth in the long jump and seventh in the high jump. She ran the 400 meter leg on the DMR that finished fourth and recorded the third fastest time in school history at the 2016 Houston Invitational & Multi's. During the outdoor season, she claimed a second place finish in the women's long jump with a season's best leap of 18'8" 

High School:  Miles was on the volleyball, basketball and track teams at San Marcos High School.  She was a three-time all-district basketball player who earned All-State honors as a senior.  In track, she was the team's field MVP and overall MVP during her career.  She was the district champion in the long and high jump.  She holds the school record in the high jump.  She was a four-time regional qualifier and a State finalist in the long jump.  She led her basketball team to a district title and the regional finals.  She earned academic all-district and academic All-State honors.  She was a member of the National Honor Society.  Her best marks were 5-4 in the high jump and 18-2.5 in the long jump.

Personal:  Miles is the daughter of Melvin and Jacque Miles and is studying rehabilitative sciences.  She has two brothers, Melvin and Zachary.  She was born on April 18, 1997.
