Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll

2015 (Junior):  Frost was a repeat pick on the Southland Conference All-Academic Team.  She ran the fastest indoor times of her career at the conference meet finishing the mile in 5:23.61 and the 3000 meters in 10:37.76.  She was a solid steeplechaser for the team winning the 2000-meter event at the Islander Open.  Her fastest 3K time in the steeplechase came at the Kansas Relays.  She was runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the UIW Invitational.  She was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2014 (Sophomore):  Frost earned Southland Conference All-Academic First Team honors and was named to the SLC Commissioner's Honor Roll.  She had a season best time of 10:59.43 in the 3000 meters at the Southland Conference indoor meet.  During the outdoor season she showed good improvement in the steeplechase.  She finished sixth at Stephen F. Austin with a season best time of 11:32.40.  She finished ninth in the event at the SLC outdoor meet.

2013 (Freshman):  Frost was a solid contributor to the Cardinals and finished fifth in the Lone Star Conference in the 3000-meter steeplechase.  Her time of 12:03.13 was the fourth best time in school history.  She is the sixth fastest 1500-meter runner in school history after posting a time of 4:58.35 at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight.  During the indoor season she ran the fifth best mile in school history with a time of 5:24.86 at the McNeese Invitational.  She was a member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School:  Frost competed in cross country, volleyball, track and basketball while attending Gregory-Portland High School.  She earned All-South Texas honors in cross country as a senior and was a State qualifier as a sophomore.  She was a three-time Regional qualifier in track & field and was the District Champion in the 1600 and 3200 meters in 2010 and 2012.  She was named All-South Texas in track as a sophomore.

Personal:  Frost is the daughter of Frank and Trisha Frost and is studying fashion merchandising.  She has three siblings; Patrick, CJ and Molly.  She was born on December 20, 1993.
