Biography
2018: Keys ran personal bests of 7.75 in the 60m and 25.10 in the 200m indoors. At the Southland Conference outdoor championships, she claimed PRs in the prelims of the 100m (11.82) and 200m (24.05). She went on to take fourth in the 100m, clocking in at 11.90, while finishing fifth in the 200m with a time of 24.08.
2017: Keys competed in the 100 and 200 meters while making appearances on the 4x100 relay for the Cardinal squad. Indoors, She recorded a season's best time in the 60 metes as she crossed the line in 7.97 seconds. She posted collegiate best performances in the 100 and 200 meter dashes at the UIW Invitational and Texas State Bobcat Classic respectively.
High School: Keys lettered in both basketball and track and field. She earned Second Team All-District in basketball and was named Honorable Mention as a junior. She was a multiple time regional participant who was a finalist in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100. Keys, who was a member of Student Council, graduated in the top 20% in her class.
Personal: Keys is the daughter of Germaine and Rodney Malone who is studying criminal justice with a minor in psychology. She was born on November 2, 1997.
