University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2017 (Freshman): Woodson cleared a height of 10-10.75 indoors to finish eleventh at the conference championship to add her name to the Cardinal record book. She showed great improvement during the outdoor season claiming first place at the UIW Invitational with a clearance of 10-11.75. Woodson vaulted 11-5.75 to finish fourth at the Texas State Bobcat classic. She wrapped up her first year in good fashion as she cleared 11-9.75 to not only shatter the school record, but finish seventh at the outdoor conference championship.   

High School: Woodson was a four-year letterwinner in track and field. She was named District Champion and Area Champion in 2015 and District Runner-Up in 2013. She graduated in the Top 10% in her class and was a member of HOSA and the French Club.

Personal: Woodson is the daughter of Cindy and James Woodson and is majoring in rehabilitative sciences. She has one sister, Paige. She was born on April 28, 1998.
