Biography
2013 (Sophomore): Holcombe earned All-Lone Star Conference honors after running the second leg on the conference champion 4x100-meter relay team that clocked a time of 46.18. She earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the relay. Individually, she finished fourth in the LSC in the 100 meters with a time of 11.92, second best in school history. She competed at the NCAA Division II national championships in the 4x100 meter relay. During the indoor season, she was fourth in the conference in the 55 meters with a time of 7.23.
2012 (Freshman): Holcombe was very productive for the Cardinals. During the indoor season, she finished in second place at the LSC Invitational in the 55-meter dash and picked up a third place in the 4x400-meter relay. She opened the outdoor running on three winning relay teams at the UIW Invitational. At the LSC Championships, she was on the third place 4x100-meter relay team and sixth place 4x400 relay team.
High School: Holcombe was on the track team at King High School in Corpus Christi. She was the team's most valuable player. She owns the school record in the 100 meters with a time of 12.87 and long jump (17-8.5).
Personal: Holcombe is the daughter of Alerica Holcombe and is studying education with a minor in reading. She has a sister, Breonna and a brother, Boderick. She was born on December 9, 1992.
