Biography
2023-24 (Sophomore): Howell served as a defender in the paint for the Cardinals and had a season-high 11 points against Dallas Christian.
2022-23 (Freshman): Played in 25 games for the Cardinals...scored 68 points on the season and pulled down 58 rebounds with five blocks.
High School: During her junior year at Rockport-Fulton High School in Rockport, Texas, Howell finished the season with 19 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, and two steal per game while shooting 47 percent from the field. Howell played AAU for San Antonio Hoops Elite Gold and was ranked No. 42 in the state of Texas by Premiere Basketball Report. Other accolades include District MVP, first team All-South Texas and All-Region Team.
