2014-15 (Junior):  Bennett swam on the team's top 800 freestyle relay team that finished fifth at the CCSA Championships in a time of 7:29.30, the second fastest time in school history.  She opened the season with a third place finish in the 200 freestyle against Trinity and then she won the 100 freestyle against Southwestern with a time of 55.40.  She was named to the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2013-14 (Sophomore):  Bennett swam every possible freestyle distance and was a key member of the 400 and 800-yard freestyle relay teams.  She clocked season best times in the 100, 200, 500 and 1650 free events at the CCSA championships in Knoxville, TN.  She was 13th in the conference in the 1650 free with a time of 17:25.14.  She swam the opening leg on the 400 free relay team that finished sixth and the 800 free relay team that was fifth in the conference.  The 800 free relay team swam the third fastest time in school history.  She was named to the CCSA All-Academic Team.

2012-13 (Freshman):  Bennett earned CSCAA Honorable Mention All-America honors in both the 1650 freestyle and 800 freestyle relay.  She was also a CSCAA Scholar All-American.  During the season, she swam nearly every possible freestyle event save the 50-yard freestyle.  Her top times in the 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 1650 freestyle races were good enough to put her in the top 10 in school history.  She was part of the 800 freestyle relay team that posted the second best time in school history.

High School:  Bennett was on the swim team at Mansfield High School.  She set the school record in the 500-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle relay, 400-yard freestyle relay and 200-yard medley relay.  She earned All-State honors in the 500 freestyle and was an Academic All-American.  She led the team to a pair of regional titles and into the State finals.  She was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal:  Bennett is the daughter of Paul and Sheryl Bennett and is studying nursing.  She has two brothers, Preston and Nathan.  She was born on December 29, 1994.
