High School: Neel graduated from Kingwood High School in 2017 and was the team captain for the Mustang swim team. She was also a member of the Spanish National Honor Society, HOSA, and the Chess Club.

Personal: Neel is from Kingwood, TX and is the daughter of Jane Meyer and Scott Neel.
