2025-26 Women's Swimming and Diving Roster
Biography
2024-2025: Took first place in three individual events at MPSF Championships (100 free, 50 free, and 100 breast) earning a spot on the All-Conference First Team and being named Swimmer of the Year. On top of this she was a part of the 200 and 400 medley relays which both took second. Ashford was also named the MPSF Swimmer of the Week twice this season, once October and again in November. She finished the season off making the MPSF All-Academic Team.
2023-2024: Made the MPSF Second Team and was MPSF swimmer of the week in late December.
