Biography
Freshman (2019): Goains was named to the Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll.
High School: She was the NEISD district champion in the 3200m (2017-2019) and the 1600m (2018, 2019) ... as a senior her team was the cross country district champion and she qualified for the state meet. As a student she earned athletic & academic honors for cross country (2017-2019) ... earned athletic & academic honors for track (2016-2019) ... was part of the chemistry club, student government and the national honor society.
Personal: Goains is the daughter of Cynthia and Michael Goains, has two siblings and is a business major. She was born February 19, 2001.
