2024: Placed third in the 5k at SLC indoor championships earning a spot on the all-conference third team.
High School: While competing at Wimberley HS. Royal was named an All-state cross country and track athlete … finished in third at UIL State in the 4x400m relay (2017) … placed third at the UIL State meet in the 800m run (2018) … finished fourth at UIL in the 3200m run (2019) … was a two-time state qualifier in cross country (2017, 2019).
