Biography
High School: Montero was a member of the cross country, track, basketball, soccer and volleyball teams at Edinburg North High School. She was a Regional Qualifier in the 1600 meters and in cross country.
Personal: Montero is the daughter of Ricardo and Maria Montero and is studying nursing. She has three siblings; Anna, Rick and Ryan. She was born on July 23, 1994. She is involved in the community in a number of areas including: church retreat leader, Rio Grande Valley Food Bank volunteer, Retama Nursing Home volunteer, and local 5K volunteer.
