 She was named to the SLC Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA.Â
Previous: Gauvin played at San Jacinto College South. She earned first team all-conference as well as second team all-region honors as a freshman. She was named NFCA first team all-region and third team All-American. She was the Canadian Senior Championships' All-Star catcher. She led the team to a second place finish in the NJCAA regional tournament and a berth in the NJCAA National Championship.
High School: Gauvin was a member of the hockey, basketball, team handball and softball teams at College Louis-Riel. She was named the U18 A Top Female Player in 2013. She was a Western Canada Games silver medalist in 2011 and a bronze medalist at the national championships that year. She earned a silver medal at the Canada Summer Games in 2013. She helped lead her hockey team to a league title.
Personal: Gauvin is the daughter of Gerald and Evelyne Gauvin and is studying biology. She has a brother, Jeremie. She was born on March 28, 1995.
