Biography

High School:  Carter was on the basketball and track teams at Euless Trinity High School.  He was the fifth place finisher in the 400-meter hurdles at USA Junior Olympics in 2012.  He was a two-time all-district and all-area hurdler and earned all-region honors as a senior.  He helped lead the basketball team to a district title in 2014 and he helped the track team to a district title in 2013.

Personal:  Carter is the son of Al and Debbie Carter and is studying rehabilitative sciences.  He has a sister, Alexis.  He was born on April 19, 1996.
