2023-2024: Made the 2024 MPSF All-Academic Team and was named to the MPSF Second Team. Smith etched his name in UIW history as a member of the 400 free (2:55.04) and 200 medley (1:27.25) relays at MPSF championships which both placed third and set new UIW records.

High school: Smith attended the Christian School at Castle Hills in San Antonio … as a swimmer for the Eagles he was a three-time TAPPS division 3 100 freestyle state champion (2018, 2019, 2020) … was the 100 backstroke TAPPS division 3 state champion (2019) … took gold in the 50 freestyle at the TAPPS Division 3 state championship (2020) …. Claimed bronze ate state in the 50 freestyle (2017) … was named All-State first team (2018, 2019, 2020) … recognized at the TAPPS Division 3 State Swimmer of the Meet (2020) … his team nominated him as MVP three years (2017-20). As a student he was named to the Superintendents Academics Honor List 2017-2020 … earned second at the regional science fair (2017) … was ACSI Distinguished Christian High School Student: Leadership, Christian Service (2018) … was a trumpet player on in the band … was in National Honor Society … served as junior/senior class president … was a member of the Chick-Fil-A Leadership Academy.
 
Personal: Trevor Holt Smith is the son of Deborah and Douglas Smith … has one sister Abigail … grandfather Jack Smith played football, starting on the offensive line for Clemson in 1939 … is pursuing a degree in biology with the hopes of becoming an emergency medical physician in the US Air Force … was born on January 9, 2003 in San Antonio.
