High School:  Del Rio was the Swimmer of the Year at Central Catholic High School as a senior.

Personal:  Full name is Julio Alejandro Del Rio Clavell.  He is the son of Julio Del Rio and Silvia Peby and is studying biology.  He was born on August 13, 1994 in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
